SNOWSPORTS WEEKS
Taos isn't just a great place to ski, it's a terrific place to learn how to ski even better. That's why we created our popular Snowsports Weeks. We have weeks for skiers and boarders of all abilities, telemarkers and teens. After six days under the tutelage of our top instructors and practicing your new moves on our varied terrain, you'll head home a much better skier. But our Snowsports Weeks are about more than turns, edges, and form. You'll establish camaraderie with your fellow ski buffs and your instructor that make for an experience you'll long remember. Every morning you'll join your group and your instructor for two hours of training on the slopes. The rest of the day, you can practice what you've learned. Each night you can share a great meal with your new friends, swap stories, and make plans to meet again.
From Sunday through Friday, top instructors work with you for two hours each morning. Tech talks and discussions of biomechanics and ski psychology in the evenings immerse you in a total mountain experience, while giving you the chance to further friendships forged while on the snow.
But beware. Devotees—many of whom have been making the pilgrimage for over 25 years—report an addiction to the six-day tune-up that can turn a week's worth of fun into an annual necessity.

If you want to form your own "Ski Week", now you can do that. You get 5 or 6 days of 2hr lessons with the same instructor am or pm. You can choose where and what kind of skiing you do, you can choose how many students (friends) are in the group, and where and when you meet each day. Want to focus on moguls, have your own race camp, hike the ridge all week or just enjoy the mountain at your own pace? This is the perfect week for you and your friends. |

Snowsports Week Packages include AM lessons, video analysis, NASTAR and après ski talks. Special Masters, Yellowbird and Telemark Ski Weeks are available on scheduled weeks.
